Free domain name service?

Hello,
I bought a domain, but where a very meager domain control panel bought it, what I need to do is not possible for technical reasons (support answered).
I want to add a registered name to a blogger. The help says that you need to enter 4 records of type A. Maybe it's enough and I don't know one. Where my domain is currently located, it is possible to set only one record of type A.
I found that GoDaddy is the most popular.

1. Looked for similar services in Yandex, Google, they don't have similar services?
2. Advise something, you just need to serve the domain, do you need hosting yet? I know that usually if you take hosting, then such a service is present automatically.
3. Didn't find a good moving guide.

Thank you!

cloudflare.com is a great service. In addition to DNS hosting (free), it also offers DDoS protection services (there is a free tariff and paid ones, this is, in fact, the main activity of the company), I recommend it, I keep several domains there.

how to find out that my domain is somehow not blocked from transferring where I bought it?
depends who bought it from. Domain delegation is configured at the registrar level, if purchased from a registrar or a direct partner, then most likely there will be no problems with changing ns records. If purchased from some hosting provider (for example, as a “gift” when ordering hosting), then it may turn out that the domain is registered for the hosting provider, and not for you. Then there will be problems.

I have been using freedns.afraid.org for the third year already, the failure was 1 time. I tried a bunch of others in PM and Yandex - they didn’t work for various reasons (from an inconvenient interface to too long updating records)
