Free consulting for projects. Is he needed?

It's no secret that at the early stage of development of any project, there are a lot of different obstacles. Whether it is a poorly defined target audience or an ineffective promotion model, or maybe the entire project. Such plugs are the norm for "novice startups".
And so my colleagues and I decided to do a little altruistic business - to conduct an express analysis of projects free of charge .
All of this is optional.
The team was good, all experts in their fields. We all have clear boundaries that we try not to cross.
So question.
In your opinion, is it worth developing this direction? Is it worth sharing your knowledge and experience for free?
Many thanks to everyone who speaks up. Thank you!

Determine the limit up to which you give consultations for free. Show your expertise with a free consultation, i.e. sell your services. After a certain border, you work for the currency. Such a limit can be the number of consultations, their topics, etc.
