I want to build a floor graph, draw computers, telephones, etc. in rooms, and I want to link names and inventory numbers to them from mysql, like in visio.

There is NO free analogue of Visio Otherwise
, I myself would like to. All that is - it's miserable freaks, not even comparable to Visio 10-15 years ago.

If imported, then at least csv supports many programs.
Did you consider Draw from Libre/OpenOffice?
