You just need a solution - alternatives to google analytics and yandex metrics. Nothing fancy and super accurate is not needed.
Even a self-made, self-written solution will do, such as analyzing logs. By writing from scratch in python or something else.
Or rather, a self-written solution would be preferable.
What do you advise?
