Framework for creating a bot?

Greetings, before that I made simple / medium complexity bots, but there was a need for asynchrony, but I don’t want to switch to node js. I read that BotMan is suitable for such tasks, but there is no official support for VK, only self-written drivers, does it make sense to use it or is it worth looking towards roadrunner / swoole?
Or advise what is better to use for a similar task?
