FPGA: where to start?

Good afternoon!
Tell me where to start learning FPGA programming?
Please advise books and inexpensive FPGAs (up to 200 euros, but the cheaper the better), preferably in a bundle.

I would advise you to go to a specialized educational institution. There boards are better, textbooks move, speak human language, even sometimes they test.

Hello.
Up to 200 euros you can buy very good boards. Now it is better to focus on SoCs - such as Altera Cyclon V and Zync70XX. Or Altera MAX10.
Look at the works of f. Terasic - reasonable prices, and f. myirtech.
There are very intelligible books by Comrade Pong P. Chu. Naturally, in English. You can download an Altera book like "Golden recipes for creating something there ...".

the Altera DE0-Nano training board costs about $80, but has a good set of everything. The same Altera has video lectures in English on its website with the basics of languages, FPGAs and the Quartus II program itself. most of the materials there are free, and those that are paid are very powerful
