Apparently the page was closed in robots.txt. After you have made the changes, you need to:
1. Send a new version of robots.txt to GSC (in the old version.
2. Return to the new panel, and click check the url, then click view on the page. And only after that Google will see the changes and Soon the page will appear in the search.
