Forwarding a remote host to a local network?

I'll start with the most important thing, I have a Plex server located in the office infrastructure. Between the office and the house stretched VPN. Used by Mikrotik.
I bought a TV (no congratulations, not the first, just LG), and there is no plex application for it from the developers of the video server itself, there is a third-party application, but as it turned out, it does not work with remote servers. So here's the question: Can I use my router to forward one IP address from my network to another subnet? I hope my question is answered.
