Forward the file download from one vhost to another and at the same time give the content in the first one in parallel?

I am uploading a file to one virtual host. I need to send some information to the browser and at the same time direct the download of the file to another virtual host (preferably with partial substitution of headers such as the file name) in order not to save it on the first but on the second host. Is this possible in nginx?

There is such a thing, maybe wiki.nginx.org/HttpCoreModule#post_action will help
