Formula for ranking?
Good afternoon.
A certain aggregator is being written to unite some stores.
There was a need to rank these stores based on user votes.
The idea of the rating is that the user has to vote for each Store Parameter separately, such as: customer service, delivery time, prices, etc.
Moreover, each Parameter has its own "weight" in relation to other Parameters. That is, for example, customer service is valued higher than delivery speed.
Unfortunately, I'm bad at math and Internet searches did not give much result in finding similar formulas for calculating the rating, because all such resources keep the formulas secret for obvious reasons.
And the rating should take into account:
1. N-th number of parameters
2. Weight of parameters
3. Number of votes
4. Weight of vote (the more “cool” the user is, the higher the weight of the vote)
At the same time, the formula, if possible, should have a coefficient that would not allow the “rich to get richer”.
If someone has experience, or links, or if there is an opportunity to draw up a similar formula for the Nth reward, I will be very grateful.
