2) Fikhtengolts in three volumes... but that's later, and now point 1.
In my 1st and 2nd year, I suffered with matan, discrete and other mathematicians, get ready for hell if a bad teacher. And so here is a good resource www.mathprofi.ru . From the name "Demidovich" is already shivering
The most accessible matan is set out by Zorich, of course, problems can be solved from Demidovich.
Here is a very useful book: amzn.com/0198723539
No translation, unfortunately. And you have to buy.
I read it and have no regrets.
It helps to understand how to build all these new and not fully understood facts into a more or less harmonious system of knowledge in your head. This helps to form an understanding, and not rely on memory all the time until the information fits in the head.
And from books directly on mathematics, I can advise this one (I can’t find the second volume in paper).
I advise the lectures of the author Dmitry Pismenny (available online). In our university they read about it. Everything is short and to the point, there are examples for all topics. There is a book with all the matan (including difurs) and an ideal one in terms of theory and statistics.
