There is a certain set of object characteristics:
Characteristics1 - values ​​in %, with a spread from 0% to 100%
Characteristics2 - values ​​in absolute numbers, with a spread from 1 to 10, with a step of 0.1
Characteristics3 - values ​​in absolute integers, with a spread from 10 to infinity
The remaining characteristics are also absolute integers.
All characteristics have different weight (significance) in the assessment.
