Are there any current competitions for cracking cryptography?

Something like RSA Factoring Challenge. Not necessarily only for hacking RSA, but also ECC, ElGamal, etc. (if you know, please post live links). Everything that the Internet gives out is dated at the latest from 2010-2013 and is often marked closed. Is everyone already convinced that hacking is impossible? Or vice versa, that hacking is more than real and there is no need to waste money in vain?
