Formation of subtitles for video based on speech recognition?
There are a couple of hundred gigs of videos from foreign conferences in English.
Problem: it is not always clear what the speaker said.
Therefore, I am looking for a program or service that could, by analyzing a video or audio track, recognize English speech. It would be great to just get the text, but ideally I would like to get subtitles for the video at the output.
What I managed to google so far:
VoxcribeCC - if you believe this video , then this is what you need. But there is a significant minus - it comes out very expensive ($ 10 for 1 hour).
Gaupol - according to the description, the program seems to fit and the program is free, but under Win the ability to recognize speech is disabled.
There is also a wiki article on the subject if anyone is interested.
