I advise you to use the wonderful resources for suppliers. Our supplier of equipment is looking for them - efind.ru, einfo.ru and some other - then contacts the suppliers and agrees on the batch size and delivery time. It will be easier than looking somewhere abroad.
It is also worth considering that the price strongly depends on the quantity.
For example, chip resistors - if you take 50 things, then there will be 3p each and a total of 150 rubles in the same chip and dip. And if you take a blister of 5000 pieces from them (sycamore - their wholesale department) - then it will be 350 rubles per blister. Feel the difference as they say.
For the home, I would advise you to buy books with a set of E24 chip resistors and capacitors. And as you spend, bribe the blisters and shift the pieces there for quick access, and store the blisters in the closet.
If you order production, please note that the factory takes only blisters and the first meter of the tape must be empty (for filling the machine).
