Force installation of SP1?

After reinstalling the OS (Windows 7 x86 en) and installing all important updates, Windows Update categorically does not offer to install the coveted update kb976932. Is it possible to force it? Downloading a half-gigabyte file from Microsoft is not an option.

If you have already reinstalled the system, you had to install it with integrated sp1.

I suggest to execute:
net stop wuauserv
net start wuauserv
wuauclt /detectnow
Then examine %systemroot%\WindowsUpdate.log

Have you tried downloading SP1 somewhere and installing it? Not hard to find on torrents.

I had this because I did not pass the authenticity check

Did you miss the date by any chance? Faced with the fact that with a significant desynchronization of the system and real dates, updates were not installed. Rssync was a month, or something like that, accidentally rearranged the date when they climbed into the calendar, and forgot.
