For what reason can PoE fall off?

Connected 4 hap ac2 points to the crs328 switch. It feels good. Until I connected the 4th point. In the logs, it writes ether4 detected poe-out status: current_too_low made a switch reboot and all the points have earned. What could be the problem?

MikroTik CRS328-24P-4S+RM comes with a built-in 500W power supply. The switch consumes up to 44W, and the remaining 450W is used to power other devices via PoE. Any LAN port delivers maximum power up to 30W at high voltage and up to 26.5W at low voltage. Each group of 8 LAN ports has a maximum power of 150W. If you want to connect 8 PoE devices to a group of 8 LAN ports, then each port will give out power no more than 150 / 8 = 18.75 watts.
upd from 04.2022:
I re-compressed the patch cords and now it quietly pulls out 8 devices, one group of 8 ports on the switch. And gives out 1Gbit. There was no need to split into groups.
Crimped from both ends like this (from left to right):
1. white-orange
2. orange
3. white-green
4. blue
5. white-blue
6. green
7. white-brown
8. brown

PoE budget exceeded. You need a switch with more powerful PoE.
After the reboot, it will work until one of the points again requires a little more energy for one reason or another.
