Fonts are not displayed on some sites, how to fix it?

Some fonts are not displayed on different sites. For example, on Ozon, instead of the price - emptiness. If you turn off the font used through DevTools, it is displayed.
What fixes did I try:
1) Changing the browser, in IE and Firefox the same thing
2) Through the LiveCD, the Windows / Fonts folder was cleared and the fonts from the freshly installed Windows 7 were copied.
3) scf /scannow

This problem is more often observed in Sber services (SB Sans fonts) , Google.Adwords (google material icons font).

If these fonts are used in CorelDraw, MS Word - everything is fine there. OS Windows 7 x64.
