Font iOS vs Android, how to get match?

There is such a problem - the HelveticaNeue font is used in the App for iOS and Android. The problem is what actually, you put two devices (iPhone 5 and Nexus 5) and they look different!!! How can I figure it out or fix it. And if there are more links - cool.

The font renderer programs for Android and iOS are different, because of this, the same font looks a little different. Games usually use bitmap fonts and avoid such problems.

In addition to the difference in rendering, as already correctly noted, the font in iOS is also updated with almost every version of the OS. If you find Helvetica somewhere on the Internet, this does not mean that it is the same as in the iPhone.
And is Helvetica Neue distributed under a free license? Or did you fix this issue?
