Flowchart using HTML/CSS/XSL from xml

I want to draw a block diagram from the elements lying in the xml document.
I know how to link xsl with html / css ... but I still don’t know how to draw a diagram with arrows.
If someone faced a similar problem - advise =)

PS
It is possible and not to issue in html/css.
Anything except siverlight and flash =)
