Flash or AJAX Web IRC client?

Please advise a working solution. One of the main requirements is the ability to work with servers in Windows-1251 encoding. Perhaps some of you have some work that you can share.

I looked in Google - there is qwebirc, which for a number of reasons did not suit us, lightirc whose code is closed, and at the same time it cannot digest the specified encoding.

A friend once installed JWIRC. Functional, pretty, fully functional, the CP1251 understands... But a Java applet.

Maybe if you add a lighter to the config:
params.charset = "windows-1251";
