Flash conversion to normal technology?

Due to the fact that Adobe Flash Player is located between the real world and the world of the dead, we urgently need support. So far, the issue is being resolved by alternative methods of installing Adobe Flash from offline installers and a terminal server with Flash Player support, but we will not last that long.
There is a program for Windows entirely dependent on Adobe Flash. It makes flash requests to the operating system and therefore requires Adobe_Flash_Player_ActiveX. The program itself consists of .swf files, which are sequentially launched by an EXE. Paths to .swf files are stored in .xml files.
How can we convert .swf files and force the program to use html5 or html4+css3 instead of flash? What converter do you recommend?

There is no such converter.
Existing converters, at best, extract some of the resources, but basically they can convert simple swfs like masyan. Anything with logic is literally easier to write from scratch. And the sooner you start, the better.

It depends on what version of Flash your software is running. Download the SWF player defaults and create a projector - EXE file. There is no converter.
