Flash card requires formatting, what should I do?

I recently bought a new flash card for my phone (32GB if that matters). For almost a month everything was in order, but then the phone wrote that there was an error on the card and it needed to be formatted. I ignored the request, deciding that after a reboot, everything would magically fall into place. The phone stopped seeing the map and loaded the system with something, which is why, when you enter the Internet, it reboots. Then I formatted the card and for a week everything was in order, now again. I checked for viruses if that.

Most likely the card is dead. Buy a new one.
