Fixing shadows, or how to get rid of non-standard Shadow Mapping artifacts?

Hello. Recently learning webgl. Until I got to the render to texture. I tried to implement shadow mapping (with the help of various examples, of course), but somehow it didn’t work out. I heard that shadow mapping gives a lot of artifacts, but what happened to me is something. Everything can be seen at the link (en.html file).
PS I took examples on codeflow.org and webglacademy.com Please help me
to make normal shadows.
PS №2 if the link does not work, write to me

You can look at the source of blend4web , they have decent shadows.
