When I was studying at the university, I did such autoruns using a simple application in Delphi, a fixed-size form on which the web browser component lies (I don’t remember what it was called a long time ago).

what is the browser implementation of prezi.com not suitable for? It adapts to 800x600 in 30 minutes without a deep knowledge of programming.

if it costs 7 office, then you can make a presentation and save it in presentation format. on a double click, then it automatically launches not a powerpoint, but the presentation itself in view mode.
Well, shove it into the autorun.
