First experience in layout: what's wrong?

В продолжение своего вопроса 44 года можно ли еще стать востребованным специалистом в IT? привожу свой первый "блин-комом" по опыту в верстке. Прекрасно понимаю, что это полный говнокод, и у профессионалов будет шок и ужас от увиденного, но я был бы благодарен за конструктивную критику, поскольку посоветоваться или получить учительской линейкой по голове не от кого, а свои ошибки чаще всего не замечаешь, хотя к концу "работы" над своим творением, я уже понимал сколь много я их понаделал.

I was primarily interested in the adaptability of the page. I would be grateful for any criticism, especially what irritates the most, causes righteous anger, etc. I could not solve the problem in the correct display of the page in IE and the pop-up menu on the left at a monitor resolution of 500px and below.

1. Forget about bootstrap, use flexboxes
2. Use swiper-slider - for sliders
3. Read about project builders and preprocessors, such as gulp and scss Tyk

We took too complicated a site for a start, I don’t even make it exactly like that, although I have 3 years of experience, it’s better to find ready-made psd layouts on the internet and stupidly make them and fill them with non-standard content (because template texts in the portfolio are sent off)

7. For any hover element, the state must be changed (you have items in the footer without hover, the same with social icons, header and logos)

But you have chosen a VERY bad example for copying. Try something standard: yes, the same toaster, at least!
PS: forget about ucoz. One name immediately associated with govnokodom. A bunch of free or cheap hosting.

Try not to use bootstrap, for some reason beginners use it as soon as they start typesetting. From there you can take the grid. And everything seems to be normal

I didn’t quite understand how https://nikoskoulis.gr/ looks like your site. Also about the clock? For a first try, not bad. But it has nothing to do with the original, both in design and layout, even ideologically, conceptually - this is a different site. Want to get your hands on layout? Find the site design (picture) and make it 1 in 1.
<div class="container-fluide">- As I understand it, this is a typo, container-fluid, it's surprising that nothing moves out.
Advice: never, for anything, use ucoz and similar projects. Buy cheap hosting, vds is better, there are a lot of free domain zones (for example , .cf ), there is github, there are a lot of other projects, but not ucoz. 99 rubles per month (pack of cigarettes, 2 cans of bad beer).
