Firmware / Russification of the radio is possible?

Honda HR-V 2001 SRS has a standard radio tape recorder in Japanese with a Japanese map, is it possible to somehow Russify it and enter a RF card? If so, where can I find the firmware?

The radio has a model. And the word "standard" does not exactly appear there. At least as a key. And so far the answer is: you can.
