firewalld settings for LAN and external network routing in double OpenVPN?

Hello!
Actually what is available:
Configured clients on users' wheelbarrows
Configured OpenVPN servers.
On OpenVPN Server Y, I raise the VPN of the client to OpenVPN Server X. The connection is successful, traffic from the server itself goes to the Internet through OpenVPN Server X.
On user machines, communication on the local network is successful and now you can successfully access the Internet through OpenVPN Server Y. The
question is simple, what rules in firewalld need to be written on OpenVPN Server Y so that when the connection to OpenVPN Server X is up, all traffic to the Internet goes through it.
