Firefox is buggy?

I got a white bar at the bottom, as if from the url of the link ... It started with version 13 or so, or when they did it like in chrome, by hovering over the link. I can't post to the forum.mozilla-russia.org forum , they don't send me a forgotten password... How can I fix it?

Make a copy of the profile and delete the add-ons one by one, 99% that there is a culprit, and 1% that the cant is stuck somewhere in the profile itself, then backup the bookmarks and create a new profile

Had the same problem. It helped to remove all add-ons from Yandex and reinstall them (the latest version, of course).
