Firefox does not display Cyrillic. How to fix?

In the html code:
html lang="ru", meta chaset="utf-8" - everything is written correctly.
Chrome and Opera display Cyrillic correctly, while Firefox and IE show hieroglyphs. How to fix?

you have not tried to study external, real resources, for example.. this one.. where we are now.. (I'm not an expert on html/css).. but..

Most likely the server gives in the wrong encoding.
