Firebase Auth - why is SMS not coming to Russian numbers?

I am using Firebase Authentication and SDK under React Native .

But SMS does not come to Russian numbers. Checked on numbers of the USA and Canada - any problem, the SMS successfully reaches.

Maybe someone faced and somehow solved such a problem?
