Finding text on a page (JavaScript)

Tell me a normal solution, so that something like on the Artgorbunov's website of the constitution - http://constitution.kremlin.ru/ .

Requirements:

• Non-server, so JavaScript (jQuery, other frameworks, whatever)
• Search should be instant when typing
• Highlight found
• Memorization of the found is not necessary. We erase the text - we are looking for another text
• Move to the first element found
• Optional: move "forward" "backward" through the found elements

Googled a lot, did not find an acceptable one.
