Find out the contents of the A-record and change the DNS server at the registrar?

There was such a problem: they gave the site to be developed by the studios, agreeing that they would host it on their German server. Gave them access to the domain name registrar account. And they switched the NS-servers to their own, and we, accordingly, lost access to the records. The site was handed over, all appearances-passwords to it too. But the NS-ki remained the same, the entries from the hoster panel do not change.
And now for any DNS sneeze you have to turn to them.
Is it possible to view all DNS records, create them at the delegator (domain registrar or on the same Yandex - um, did someone do this? How is it?) And rewrite NS-ki to the right ones? This will be enough?
I understand the issue, as you understand, not very much. But I would like to get rid of these comrades.

You need your own NS. You can buy such a service from the same hetzner. Register all your domains on your own NS and then change the NS address at the registrar to your own. I hope you still have access to the registrar panel.
With a competent approach, everything is done in half an hour.

You can find out the contents of the A record through the banal nslookup. Just type set q=A before the query itself. Or if you are planning to transfer to another DNS server, then it is better to set q=ANY. This will get you all the records on the server. Regarding the transfer, register your DNS server (for example, nic.ua gives 3 months for free) and change the NS address to new ones. Set up your NS in the same way as the old one was set up, wait for the update and that's it. You are on your own NS server. It costs a penny, a few dollars a year

What kind of nonsense? If you own a domain, then you can specify your DNS servers there without asking anyone for permission. Set them up and go.
And now for any DNS sneeze you have to turn to them.

And how often do you change DNS?
In general, if you don’t understand the issue so much , don’t meddle.

Usually in such cases, you need to contact the studio and resolve the issue with them, what is this partisanship?

Just leave your domain with the registrar, write down the A records of the IP server on which your project is running. Do not forget to correct the entries for mail

Usually registrars (reg.ru, nic, ru) provide their ns servers for free. They even provide an API for them. Reg.ru seems to have up to 1000 requests per day for free.
That. in the general case, you just need to register as ns-servers - the registrar server (who do you have by the way?). And then register in them all the entries that are now registered on the server of that web studio (you can ask them for the config).
