Find a point on a circle, knowing the angle of the intersecting line?

5f4cde5f3823f869441595.jpeg

How to find the angle β if the angle α is known, and the coordinates of the point P2? I roughly imagine that I need to somehow go through right-angled triangles to this solution, but so far I can’t get there.
And I'm sorry about the image, I can't paste it in the correct orientation. Oh those corners...
Thanks in advance for your help!
