Financial accounting in a startup. What to take into account?

Habralyudi, tell me the programs, cloud services that you use for financial accounting or management accounting in your company.
Which solution will help solve the following problems: sane (floating) currency conversion of rubles / dollars, the ability to take into account the commission of electronic currencies, the ability to create / change payment categories, the presence of several accounts. This system should be understandable to a normal person from an accounting point of view :).
An excellent addition to the program would be the presence of contractors.

GnuCash has some rudimentary business accounting features. I don't know if GnuCash suits your needs as I only use it for home bookkeeping.

The only sane softinka is Leader Classic (only under Windows, and it didn’t work under Win7). See www.lclassic.ru/ No need to be afraid of buzzwords about GAAP and double entry, it's very easy to figure it out, in fact. Supports an arbitrary number of currencies, and so on. There are lessons on the manufacturer's website, everything is clear from them. Accounting for mutual settlements with counterparties is organized very conveniently. There are also reports, including custom ones.
Under the Mac there is nothing at all adequate. Although there was an announcement on Habré about a program that supports double recording, Clerk, it seems, but at that time it did not impress absolutely.
