Filezilla: how to fix error when uploading frequently edited file to server?

Good evening!

I am engaged in development, I connect to project files on a remote server, I save files quite often, as I write code. And from time to time, I observe such a situation when one of the files just cuts the connection when trying to download or upload it. And for about an hour, from 15 minutes to suspense, I just can't work with this file. Then everything becomes normal again.
The error log is something like this:

Ответ:	227 Entering Passive Mode (ip,address,remote,server,number,number).
Команда:	RETR file-name.php

How to deal with it?

Umm. FTP is for file transfer... not for editing.
Downloaded the file, changed it, uploaded it back with the replacement
