Files are uploaded every time, what should I do?

Dear developers, there is a very unpleasant problem.
On a server running Bitrix, files are downloaded every other time in the client side of the site.
In a module that is written in React JS, files are not always loaded either, but every other time.
The main thing is that there are no such problems on the test site and on the local version.
The test site is on the same server with the same php.
What could be the catch?
Component for loading files main.file.input.
I wrote in $_SESSION all the files that get into the component, it turned out that they don't even get into it.
Those files that received an error do not reach it. Although the component itself handles them.
