File synchronization, local network + internet

Looking for a way to sync many files and folders. We need a ready-made service, or a way to organize everything on our own.

I would like

Synchronization between devices over a local network (so as not to load the Internet channel).
Internet storage. And synchronization with it if local storages are not available.

While I'm trying to use Wuala, but it pumps everything over the Internet, which is not always convenient.

According to the description, AeroFS allows you to synchronize p2p, did someone use it?

Dropbox or. It synchronizes over the local network (if the computers are on the same subnet) without using their own servers.

AeroFS is damp, indeed. I used it - scored. Problems appear on 3+ machines.
