File storage for 2 gigabyte videos (about 10 pieces)?

I have a site that plays videos, the trouble is that the videos take a very long time to upload to the site itself (jino hosting) and even if you manage to upload it, it’s impossible to watch it because this hosting has a data transfer limit of 500kb .
So, I want to use google drive. But first of all, I would like to ask a couple of questions.
2. Is it possible to get the link in such a way that I can insert it into the tag and be able to play this video?
1. Will the video load quickly on Google Drive and will the video slow down during playback?

@hatiko

Put on a specialized file hosting, the so-called. cloud storage.
Like Amazon S3, Clodo Storage, etc.
