File server for local network with versioning support, deduplication and synchronization with Yandex.Disk?

Many machines in LAN with synchronization in Yandex.Disk each. The redundancy is wild, the load on external channels is excessive. Mostly graphic files (sometimes quite large).
I would like a file server on Linux, with versioning support, synchronization with poison and deduplication (to save space). Moreover, for network users under Windows, everything should look just like a network folder.
Which way to choose?

@pfg21

allocate a machine, set up samba on the machine, synchronization with poison (many people can do webdaw) and deduplication to taste ??
although if there is a separate machine for a file server, then why poison?? provide access from the outside using any high-quality protocol.
