File properties in python?

I want to get all the properties of different files (from txt to exe) I know the answer to mp3 but I don’t know the rest (TinuTag answer) for example: file weight, video duration, image title and subject, etc.

Each file format will still require its own separate approach.
The theme of the image is not an option at all. Unless you want to train the classifier and then run it on each image.
