File not saving in photoshop?

When I click "Save as .." the hard drive indicator shows that it has started loading something.
But, the save window does not open.
When you click "Save", the hard disk also works, but the file does not save
. When you click "Create", the hard disk also works, but the window with the creation of the file is not displayed There are no
active tasks during these actions!

Try renaming the directory:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP to ~UXP
