Figma and the customer?

I'm learning web design, I use Figma. I'm wondering what formats a .fig file can be converted to? In what formats do customers require layouts? If I make a project in Figma, and the customer asks for a PSD, what should I do?

@Sokon

Not customers, but clients :) Forget this bad word.
It's simple - warn the client that you are working in Figma and you don't have any PSD, because this is the last century. If he says that his developers work with PSD, just explain to him that, firstly, they most likely work with Figma, and if they don’t work, they will be very happy with the convenience that it gives - the ability to immediately view font parameters , all indents and distances, colors, copy css snippets and very convenient to pull pictures from the layout.
The client does not have to understand modern approaches to development - for him, Photoshop will be the standard for a long time to come. But you don’t have to follow the client’s lead either - just explain everything to him as it is. In the three years since I completely switched to Sketch, I have not had a single client who would still require Photoshop. In short, don't be afraid to talk. The client is not a gentleman, but a partner.

@Casufi

Now there are many packages for interaction between the Designer and the Developer
https://zeplin.io/
https://avocode.com/
https://assets2.adobe.com/
I personally prefer to receive the design as a project in Avocode or Zeplin. Zeplin, for example, perfectly interacts with Figma and Photoshop and Sketch, so I think you can agree.

@agent_tremolo

Developers are fine with the shared web version of the layout.
It is better to present to the client in jeeps - this is the most reliable option.

@Figma-designer

It is better for a client who looks at the design to show the presentation of the project - directly from the figma by the link.
It is better for the coder to give separate access to the project. And no need to save and send anything :)
