Fetching MODX resources by parent and TV?
There is such here such structure of resources.
I need to create a menu or filter that will work as follows:
1) Select a specific residential complex, let's say Kurortny.
2) It contains 3 links "Studio", "1-room", "2-room".
3) When you click on Studios, only studios from the Kurortny residential complex should open.
4) Studio resources have their own template, as well as 1 and 2 rooms. In addition, they have TV values in them as follows.
TV rooms:
0- studio,
1- 1-room apartment,
2- 2-room apartment.
Please tell me how to organize it. I understand that the easiest way would be to create a snippet and pass parameters to it via GET, but I don’t know how ....

Menu or filter? Things are different.
If the menu - then display the menu with the parent = id of the current document.
If the filter (search form) is a form that, using get parameters, passes the search query to the snippet, which in turn makes a selection of apartments
