Fellow designers, how do you draw such textures?

I am attaching an image from one set of elements for the interface. I have an assumption and some experience: I selected a common background, randomly scattered elements with selected colors on top, then blurred and stretched the borders with a "finger". As a result, something similar was obtained after repeated general blurring. But I did it out of desperation, perhaps not correctly. Well, friends, who does it, maybe there are some tutorials?

create a layer, fill it with the desired color, create a second layer, select a dense round brush, one color - clicked, another color on the same layer in another place - clicked, filter - gaussian blur (layer 2) and that's it

What I would do is a radial gradient with different colors of transparency and then blur everything.
