Fatal error when installing CF Filtering in Virtuemart?

Good afternoon!
Installed the CF Filtering Module product filter on the site. Made its output a module in the Virtuemart category.
I go to the category page, everything is lying, and the error Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: VmConfig::$defaultLang in /path_to_site/modules/mod_cf_filtering/mod_cf_filtering.php on line 53.
Apparently, this is due to the language settings of Virtuemart, but where and how to edit them, and did not understand.
Googling the forums did not give an answer, I did not find any intelligible information.
Can you suggest in which direction to dig?
