Fastest link with PHP 7?

Advise the most up-to-date and fastest architecture at the moment for hosting Jelastic with PHP 7.
When creating a docker container, it gives out a huge cloud of different repositories and it's hard to choose one.
Who uses which links? Share your opinion.

Since version 4.3 , Jelastic has PHP7 support by default. You can use Apache 2.4 or Nginx 1.8 + PHP7 without using Docker containers. You'd better check with your hosting provider's support when they plan to upgrade (Reg.ru currently uses Jelastic 4.2).
