Fast turn on/off iPhone cellular data?

It is very annoying every time to climb into the settings menu to the third level of nesting to enable or disable data transmission over cellular networks.
With all my desire, I could not find an application in the AppStore that allows me to do this faster.
Ideally, it should be a widget (iOS5) - on-off button?
*here is an envious look at android*
Poke your nose if this is already somehow decided. (Or it cannot be decided in principle)
Or maybe someone talented will earn his first million on this?

As a result, I found a solution, albeit not ideal, but quite working.
Here , and icons can be taken from this set for example (search in the \EPHD.theme\Bundles and \EPHD Red Glow.theme\Bundles folders)

Jailbroken put SBSettings. You stroke the top status (with a clock) and this appears (plus or minus):
