Fast turn on/off iPhone cellular data?

It is very annoying every time to climb into the settings menu to the third level of nesting to enable or disable data transmission over cellular networks.
With all my desire, I could not find an application in the AppStore that allows me to do this faster.
Ideally, it should be a widget (iOS5) - on-off button?

Poke your nose if this is already somehow decided. (Or it cannot be decided in principle)
