What to advise a person?
There are all sorts of skillbox-type platforms that talk about three relevant areas with fast learning. But what (development, design, marketing) will be the fastest / easiest to learn-roll in? So that a person can enter-in-access as quickly as possible, just as quickly quit his existing job, and devote maximum time to a new job, albeit at a minimum price. And there he will choose whether to stay in that topic or go in another direction (switch from a macaque encoder to a rice cooker, for example).

Advise the person to learn how to use search.
If he does not master the work with the search and does not pump the skill of searching for ready-made answers, let him boldly score on IT.
