Facebook. Sharing images and links to a page?

There is a web application, one of the functionality of which is generating images. Need some advice on how to dynamically share these images from the user to their wall when the 'Share' button is clicked. the image must link to a specific URL. please tell me if this is possible.

Graph Api Read, there you can set these parameters with meta tags, the only thing that will parse them will be FB, so I advise you to feed it a link with a hash for each sharing
